Mero Album provides a private photo album service that allows you to:
- Upload, organize, and store your photos and videos
- Create beautiful photo albums using our templates
- Share albums privately with family and friends
- Securely store your memories with privacy controls
Your Account
Account Creation
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use Mero Album. If you're under 18, you represent that you have parental consent.
Account Responsibility
You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
Pricing and Credits
Credit System
Our service operates on a credit system where each album creation costs 1 credit ($1). Credits never expire.

- • No recurring subscriptions or hidden fees
- • 1 free trial credit included
Refund Policy
Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Once used to create an album, credits are non-refundable.

Your Content and Usage
Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all photos, videos, and other content you upload. We don't claim any ownership rights to your content.
Content Guidelines
You agree not to upload content that:

- • Contains malware or harmful code
- • Is offensive, harassing, or inappropriate
- • Violates others' privacy without consent
Storage and Backup
While we maintain secure backups, you're responsible for keeping your own copies of important content. We recommend downloading your albums regularly.
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- • Scheduled maintenance
- • Technical issues or outages
- • Force majeure events
- • Security incidents requiring service suspension
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We're not liable for:
- • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- • Loss of data due to user error or third-party actions
- • Business interruption or lost profits
- • Issues caused by third-party services we integrate with
Account Termination
Your Right to Terminate
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your content will be permanently removed within 30 days.
